Armando has a B.S. in Physics and Mathematics from National Polytechnic Institute of Mexico (2000), and a M.S. in nuclear engineering from the same institute (2003). Nowadays Armando is working in the National Institute for Nuclear Researches (ININ, Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Nucleares) since October 2003.
Armando is founder and actual president of Youth Association for Nuclear Energy in Mexico (AJENM, Asociación de Jóvenes por la Energía Nuclear en México). In this Association he have been working with the SNM (Mexican Nuclear Society) in the organization of the student section of the SNM's annual meetings (2003 and now the 2004 meeting). He is member of the SNM and nowadays he is in charge of the diffusion aspects of the Mexican Nuclear Society (SNM). He has been member of NA-YGN since 2001.
