| Go Nuke! Submission Guidelines
All articles should be submitted electronically to gonuke@na-ygn.org.
- Text should not exceed 300-400 words for an article and not more than 150 words for a local Chapter Update.
- This is just a guideline, not an absolute rule.
- "Wordy" text will be shortened
- Overly sparse text will be sent back to the author for further details
- Include details about the activity - when, where, why
- Write enthusiastically - these aren't progress reports!
- All text files should be saved as a Microsoft Word or plain text document.
- Photos should be included when possible, with captions provided.
- Captions should be inserted at the end of the article text. It should be in a lone paragraph with the heading "Caption" to separate it from the main text.
- Photos may be saved in any standard format (.jpg, .gif, .bmp, …). Please keep in mind that photo resolution should be sufficient for viewing both electronically or in a laser-printed hard copy.
- If you are interviewing someone in the article, include a photo of the interviewee!
- If graphics are appropriate to your article, submit them!
- A title should be provided - make it short and catchy!
- Include author's name, along with company/university affiliation.
The Editor reserves the right to modify all articles as necessary for grammar or content, and to shorten articles that exceed the specified length in order to fit the space available in the newsletter. All edits will be submitted to the original author for approval prior to publication.
