NA-YGN Local Chapters provide local and regional opportunities for our
members to contribute to our mission to demonstrate our commitment to the
future of nuclear science and technology
NA-YGN
works to be a source of science-based information about applications of nuclear
science and technology for use by the media, policy makers and the general
public.Each year NA-YGN supports a wide
variety of public information events and opportunities across North
America, including
an annual poster contest for 4th
and 5th grade students
pro-nuclear advocacy at energy policy events
attendance of public meetings and hearings
a speakers program to support requests from
schools and community groups
